Coaches, please confirm with your athletes that have qualified for the Championships that they are participating, and that they send in their vouchers. Also, please encourage them to attend the banquets, and to send in their payment for that.
If you have an athlete not particiapting, PLEASE LET YOUR REGIOINAL CHAIR (Kack Shea jshea@eaglebrook.org, Rick Healy rick@foster-healey.com, or Steve Cloud scloud63@aol.com) know immediately. It is always upsetting to see an alternate sitting home because someone didn't take the time to notify people that a racer would not attend.
REGIONAL Chairs, please notify John Ogle of changes in your rosters immediately so that he can adjust the running orders.
